So I finally had my liver biopsy. It was so much easier than any breast biopsy I've ever had bc you are out. Thank you anesthesia! The news came back the following week & my breast cancer has metastasis. They took me off Tamoxifen bc it's obviously not working. The fun part is the Zoladex shot in my abdomen to stop estrogen production.
The dr laid out a treatment plan. Oral Xeloda 1 week on/1 week off & IV chemo. Since my last chemo round, my veins are shot which means a port. YIKES! Who knows I've heard it's easier that way. I just hope my body responds as well to the meds this time around. Cancer be GONE!
